PK Mike Messick, 73-years young and wheel-chair bound for 50+ years, catches his first fish ever on his first boat ride ever, thx to legendary BC Eddie "Flathead Ed" Wilcoxson, who holds the Arizona record for flathead catfish: 76.52 pounds!
Maya and BC Dennis Thiel caught quite a few stripers as well as bass.
BC Doug Moore and Co-BC Tony Miller, the happiest anglers I've ever known, with PK Brandon Hules, his very nice bass, and his very proud Dad Joe Hules.
BCC Robbie Livar helps PK Caleb Holmgren catch a beautiful 5-pound bass (one of the largest bass caught in 2025), while Caleb's Dad handles the net like a pro and Robbie’s Dad Eugene Livar captures the action. Great teamwork!
I can’t figure out how to make this image larger.
The "Fishing Walengas", PK Jack and sister Rita, watch BC Joel Hendrickson weigh one of their fish, while BCC Todd Schuitt advises. Jack and Rita almost always catch fish in these events, which means their crew almost always finds fish to catch. Finding fish on Lake Pleasant is, much too often, a real challenge, as any tournament angler knows.
